外觀
表面應光滑╃◕₪☁，無氣泡▩↟、皺紋或開裂╃◕₪☁，無明顯的擦傷和過熱痕跡↟◕◕·◕。內壁允許有輕微皺摺↟◕◕·◕。兩端應切割整齊↟◕◕·◕。壁厚大於13mm的玻璃布管加工後端面層間允許有微細裂紋.
Appearance: the surface should be smooth, no bubbles, wrinkles or cracking, no obvious scratch marks and overheating. Less wrinkle is allowed in inside surface . Both ends should be cut neatly .
Little microcrack is allowed between the layers for the wall thickness over 13mm .
應用領域/Applications
EPGC環氧玻璃布層壓管是用矽烷偶聯劑處理的電工用無鹼玻璃布浸以環氧樹脂╃◕₪☁，經熱卷烘焙而成高強度玻璃纖維層壓布管↟◕◕·◕。
EPGC epoxy glass cloth laminated tube is processed by silane coupling agent electrician non-alkali glass cloth with epoxy resin, and then by hot baking in rolls ,which have the property of high strength.
具有中等溫度或熱態下機械強度高▩↟、高溼度下電氣效能穩定▩↟、耐電壓水平高等特點╃◕₪☁，適用於B～F級電機▩↟、電器裝置中做絕緣結構零部件╃◕₪☁，並可在潮溼環境和變壓器油中使用↟◕◕·◕。
The main properties of are as below :High mechanical strength,stable electrical performance, high breakdown voltage . Suitable for insulation component in B～F class motors and electrical equipment,and can be used in damp environment and transformer oil .
